Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct before completing your order.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you have not received it within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number and clear photo or video evidence. We will review the issue and assist where appropriate.
